Muriele Rainwater

Muriele, our service manager, coordinates the delivery and set up after the sale to help you enjoy your house as soon as possible. She conducts inspections, monitors quality and handles all the post setup issues and warranties. Her job is to make your new home experience to be as smooth and enjoyable as possible.

Muriele was a successful broker for a local company for over 12 years where she learned the importance of listening to and working with people. Her prior experience was in the Christmas tree industry. She served as a past VP and president of the Puget Sound Christmas Tree Association. Muriele and her husband Doug are still involved in horticulture as consultants. Muriele is also an artist who loves animals and enjoys bike riding and gardening among other outdoor activities.

Mike Bair

Mike, our service technician, works closely with Muriele and our site contractors to help deliver and finish the setup of your new Marlette.  Mike is extremely conscientious and personable in a way that endears him to customers.  He will make sure that you are completely satisfied with your new Marlette once all the setup is complete.
