Jesseca Weigle

Jesseca, our Service Manager, will work with you to coordinate everything after you select your new home.  Even before it is delivered, Jesseca will go through a full Service Orientation to explain the steps involved in setting up your home.  As the factory’s off-line date approaches she will expertly coordinate the delivery with the site contractor and work with our foreman to make sure all is ready for the big day. 

Jesseca is knowledgeable, organized, and very efficient.  Not only will your home be delivered as quickly as possible, but Jesseca will make you feel respected and very well taken care of during the entire process.  Her goal is to ensure the set up of your home is completed in a timely manner and that you are completely satisfied with your new home.

When not working with new homeowners, Jesseca is sharpening her skills even further by working towards her MBA at Seattle University.  Jesseca still finds time to spend quality time with her many friends and her dog Presley.  You can reach Jesseca at Heritage Home Center or directly via e-mail at jesseca@heritagehomecenter.com

Chad Rowland

Chad, our Senior Foreman, brings over 15 years of field experience.  Chad’s job is to make sure that your brand new Marlette arrives safely to your site, and he does this very, very well.  Rain or shine, when your home is coming down the street, Chad will be there to lead the Heritage team to receive and carefully place your new Marlette on your property.

Chad is also an expert field technician and can be counted on for knowledgeable site visits, either before you buy your property or during the site preparation.  Chad’s experience in knowing what it takes to have the site ready is matched only by his legendary story telling about adventures while delivering homes in all types of conditions.

When not working on site with customers, Chad is an avid fly fisherman and enjoys the great outdoors of Washington State with his two daughters.

Mike Bair

Mike, our service technician, works closely with Chad and our site contractors to help deliver and finish the setup of your new Marlette.  Mike is extremely conscientious and personable in a way that endears him to customers.  He will make sure that you are completely satisfied with your new Marlette once all the setup is complete.
