John brings a rich and varied career to Heritage Home Center. He has over 33 years of industry experience, selling homes from every major homebuilder. Having sold over 1,000 manufactured homes, John’s achievement is undisputed, and he knows what it takes to be the best-of-the-best.

John has an impressive ability to understand his customer’s needs and visualize them to design the perfect floor plan. Soon after joining Heritage, John used his innate flair for design to create a special floor plan for senior’s parks and private land. His design has since become one of Marlette Homes’ bestsellers. John’s unique creative ability and superior salesmanship has earned him a recognized place in the industry as one of its consummate professionals.

John lives in the beautiful greenery of the Pacific Northwest in Carnation, WA with his beautiful family. When not creating the next great floor plan for his customers, John spends his time raising horses and growing spectactular gardens. Jerry Holland

Jerry has over 18 years experience in the manufactured housing industry. Previous to that he was a Realtor. His breadth of knowledge encompasses all facets of the manufactured home buying process. He has sold almost every manufactured home brand during his tenure, and is currently very proud to represent Marlette Homes.

Jerry loves helping people fulfill their dreams of getting into a new home that is “just right” for them. There are hundreds of happy customers living in homes that Jerry helped design. Jerry is a very creative person and can help his customers through any challenges that may arise during the home-buying process.

In Jerry’s personal life, he is an accomplished songwriter and musician. He believes in keeping a balance of work and play in his life.
